Provider fee
Charged by the licensed payment or escrow partner for holding and releasing funds.
Payment processing fee
Charged by the payment network for processing the initial payment.
Currency-conversion fee
Applied when the buyer's payment currency differs from the settlement currency.
Inspection fee
For transactions requiring independent professional inspection.
Professional fee
For transactions requiring lawyers, notaries, conveyancers, or other professionals.
Dispute fee
Applied where a formal dispute process is initiated.
Cancellation fee
May apply for cancellation after funding, to cover unrecoverable provider costs.
Who pays the fees?
Fee responsibility (buyer, seller, or split) is agreed between both parties during the transaction setup. The complete fee breakdown — including all platform, provider, processing, and professional costs — is displayed on the Review & Agreement page before either party commits.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, withholding tax, or similar) depend on the parties’ jurisdictions, asset type, and transaction structure. Tax-information notices are displayed where required.
